Who you are dealing with
Daylight Fob is a product of JAAZ Dexterity Holdings LLC, the business named on your Stripe receipt. Write to hello@daylightfob.com with any question about your reservation.
What the $5 does
A reservation is a $5 deposit, paid through Stripe. It holds your place in the first 500 units of the fob you choose. The launch price is $44.99, and your $5 comes off that price when orders open.
Refunds
The $5 is refundable at any time. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email hello@daylightfob.com, and we refund it to the card you paid with. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
Product status and timing
Daylight Fob is in development. Each fob model moves ahead once it reaches its reservation goal. Prototypes then go through a 30-day placement test, tooling and safety certification. Realistic delivery is six to eight months after the goal is met.
